Shipping within Canada
Every Artist Edition ships free within Canada, primarily via UPS (occasionally another courier depending on size and destination). Please note I can't deliver to a PO Box — a street address is needed.

Shipping to the United States
I want to be upfront rather than let this be a surprise: current U.S. tariffs on Canadian artwork are significant, and it isn't yet clear how they apply to a piece like a Signature Satin Metal print. Rather than build a cost into checkout that might be wrong, I handle U.S. orders directly — reach out through the Let''s Talk form on my Collector Inquiries page and we'll work out shipping and any customs costs together before anything is finalized.

International Shipping
International shipments are welcome and quoted case by case — packaging, insurance, and courier costs vary by size and destination, and customs, duties, and export requirements vary by country and by the value of the piece. Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. Reach out through the Let''s Talk form on my Collector Inquiries page and I'll work out the full details and cost with you directly before anything ships.

Turnaround & Delivery Times
Turnaround for printed products is typically 7–10 business days before shipping, though this can run a little faster or slower depending on order volume — and production times may increase from mid-November to mid-January due to the holiday season. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. If you need your piece by a specific date, please contact me directly to confirm timing.

Damage or Loss in Transit
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped insured. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging when it arrives, please note it with the courier at the time of delivery. Then contact me immediately with photos of both the damaged packaging and the piece itself, and please don't discard any damaged materials until I've had a chance to advise you, as the carrier may require an inspection. Once a damage claim is approved, I'll send a replacement — no cash refunds are given for damaged shipments.

Returns
Every Artist Edition is produced individually, checked personally, and tested to a standard I hold myself to before it ever leaves my hands. Because of that — and because each piece is made specifically for you — all sales are final. Metal prints are remarkably durable, and the most common thing anyone might notice after handling — a fingerprint or a light smudge — wipes away easily with a soft, dry cloth; it's not a defect. If your piece actually arrives with genuine print or panel damage, contact me and I'll arrange a replacement. Please note I use a colour-calibrated workflow, but monitors vary widely — I can't guarantee the colour and density you see on your screen will exactly match the final print.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as production hasn't started. Production can begin anywhere from an hour after your order to a few days later, so if you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.
